PROM WEEKEND: OUR 2025 FUNDRAISER GALA
Regards from Broadway Rose
Winter 2025
As the dates for our highly anticipated annual fundraising event approach, the Broadway Rose staff is working hard to create a memorable event, and we’re pleased to share some of the behind-the-scenes details for this year’s Prom Gala Weekend. Get ready for an unforgettable evening filled with glitz, glamour, and magical moments as we come together to support our mission and celebrate the vibrant arts community we’ve built. Stay tuned as the magic unfolds—we have something truly special in store!
Broadway Rose is once again teaming up with event décor master James Sharinghouse to bring you an event that will transport you through the decades of prom. With a blend of beloved props and set pieces from past Broadway Rose productions, alongside exciting new additions, we’ll transform each area of the Broadway Rose New Stage into a unique, decade-themed experience.
Prom Weekend offers two distinct experiences: A Night to Remember and A Timeless Afternoon—each promising an unforgettable time, regardless of which day you choose to attend. Both events will feature delicious hors d’oeuvres, bubbly, silent auction opportunities, wine walls, a performance of our timeless musical revue starring some of your favorite Broadway Rose artists, and plenty of opportunities to mingle with old friends and new. Most importantly, your attendance supports the arts and our community. Insider Tip: Guests at the March 15 event A Night to Remember will have the first opportunity to sign up for exclusive behind-the-scenes experiences. These opportunities are first come first served!
This year, under the musical direction of Joshua Hegg, the stage will come alive with performances by Evan Aldrete (last seen in the 2023 Gala performance Happily Ever After), Erin Tamblyn (last seen in Five Golden Rings), Malia Tippets (last seen in The Spitfire Grill), and Joel Walker (last seen in Trails).
We hope you’ll join us for Prom Weekend on March 15 or 16. We can’t wait to open our doors for a weekend filled with nostalgia, connection, and, of course, supporting the arts within our community. See you there!
