Summer 2024 Newsletter
Articles written by Lily Crisp
Welcome to the sixth edition of Regards from Broadway Rose, our quarterly newsletter!
Summer is a quiet time for some, but here at Broadway Rose it’s when things heat up! This year is no exception, as we have an absolutely spectacular summer to share with our community. We’re ready to knock your socks off with the story and songs of a musical icon in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical. I hope you’ll also delight and inspire the youth in your life by taking them to our teen camp production of Fiddler on the Roof and our children’s production of The Jungle Book. We’re excited to again see multiple generations sharing the joy of theatre together in our audience.
This work wouldn’t happen without the contributions of our talented staff, our eager students, and our generous supporters. We’re happy to share some of the backstage magic at Broadway Rose in this newsletter and shine a light on a few members of this community who are ensuring that you have the most beautiful summer yet!

From April 29 to May 3, 47 Broadway Rose patrons embarked on an NYC adventure for an action-packed week. During their time there, the group got to see three outstanding Broadway shows: Water for Elephants, The Outsiders, and The Wiz. All three shows brought their own charm through the moving music, exciting choreography, and dazzling acting.
